When we submit a supports ticket we receive a receipt with a ticket number.
But when we get a written response from the tech support we have no way of knowing what ticket they are reffering to.
You need to show the origninal ticket info on the response.
We have identified several things to improve support and going to roll these our in 3-4 phases, the first before christmas.
If you have any other suggestions, please add them.
